Windows Missing Bootmgr
Usually the message Bootmgr is missing Press Ctrl Alt Del to Restart in your laptop or computer.
Step-by-steps:
A. Run Startup Repair from the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE)
1. Insert the Installation CD of Windows 7 or Windows Vista to the disk drive (DVDROOM).
2. Press any key on the keyboard when it comes up Press any key to boot from CD or DVD
3. Choose the language, time and currency, a keyboard or input method, (Select a language, a time and a currency, a keyboard or input method) and then click Next.
4. Click Repair Your Computer.
5. In the System Recovery dialog box, select the drive of your Windows installation, and then click Next.
6. In the System Recovery dialog box, klikRepair Your Computer.
7. Click the operating system you want to repair, and then click Next.
8. Recovery Systems dialog box, click Startup Repair.

B. Running Rebuild the BCD From Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE)
1. Insert the Installation CD of Windows 7 or Windows Vista disk drive (DVDROOM).
2. Press any key on the keyboard when it comes up Press any key to boot from CD or DVD
3. Choose the language, time and currency, a keyboard or input method, (Select a language, a time and a currency, a keyboard or input method) and then click Next.
4. Click Repair Your Computer.
5. Click the operating system you want to repair, and then click Next.
6. In the System Recovery Options dialog box, click Command Prompt.
7. Then type bootrec / RebuildBcd, and then press ENTER.
